About the Company

Spanoptic has a tradition of more than 32 years. The company was created to meet the requirements of the growing laser industry in Scotland. Spanoptic was launched with four people working in a 1,000 sq ft facility, producing high precision flats and prisms.

After years of significant growth, Spanoptic is today housed in 26,000 sq ft and has a skilled and experienced workforce of more than 40 employees. Spanoptic is now regarded as one of the largest independent lens making companies in the United Kingdom.
